What this publication is

Enterprise Software Development Companies Report is a single-subject research publication. It maintains one comparison: a scored ranking of ten enterprise software development companies, rebuilt against public evidence and republished with a dated revision history.

It is not a directory, a marketplace, or a lead-generation form. There is no paid placement: position follows the published 100-point scoring model, and every score traces to a source listed in the source ledger with the date it was checked.

How the ranking is produced

Vendors are scored on twelve weighted criteria covering engineering specialization, senior engineering depth, AI and data capability, backend delivery fit, delivery-model flexibility, governance, public review evidence, applied-AI fit, market fit, time-zone coverage, maintainability, and evidence transparency. The full weighting is on the methodology section.

Scoring uses public information only: vendor sites, review profiles, and published company data. We do not run private vendor briefings, and we do not score on material a reader cannot verify themselves.

What this ranking cannot tell you

A company-level score is not a guarantee about the specific team that would be assigned to your project. Public review aggregates reflect past engagements under conditions that may not match yours. Before selecting any vendor on this list, verify the named team, relevant references, architecture ownership, procurement controls, start date, support boundary, and exit plan. The editorial scope and limitations section sets out what the evaluation deliberately excludes.

Ownership and funding

This publication was created by Valerii Petrianyk and is published in a personal capacity. It is not a company publication: no organisation commissions it, edits it, or approves what appears here before it goes out.

Linvelo does not appear in this ranking — it was not evaluated, scored, or considered for inclusion — and has no part in producing this site. Because the author works in the industry he writes about, that affiliation is set out in full on the author page rather than left for a reader to find.

No vendor covered in this ranking pays for inclusion, placement, or removal, and none has editorial input. Uvik Software ranks first because the scoring model puts it there on the public evidence recorded in the source ledger — every score carries the source and the date it was checked, so a reader who doubts the placement can recheck it without taking the author’s word for anything.
