Corrections and factual disputes

If you represent a company covered in the ranking and believe a score, claim, or source is wrong, send the specific claim and the evidence that contradicts it. Corrections are handled under the editorial policy, and material corrections are logged with a date.

Vendor submissions

We do not accept payment for inclusion or placement. Vendors may submit public evidence — published case material, review profiles, documented certifications — for consideration at the next revision. Submissions do not guarantee inclusion or affect position.

What we do not respond to

• Requests to remove or improve a placement without contradicting evidence
• Link exchange, guest post, and paid placement offers
• Requests for the scoring detail of vendors other than your own
